This is a team relay hosted by a local running club and a shoe brand at Don Fox Park. Teams are drawn randomly the night of the event, so you show up not knowing your teammates. Each person runs a single mile leg, going as hard as they can, then hands off to the next runner. The format pushes you to race honestly rather than just jog through.
