About the 20th Wild Rover Series
The Wild Rover Series spreads across several consecutive Sundays in late winter, each race held at a different venue in the Merrimack Valley. The distances build week to week, so the series works well as a structured push into spring racing. The races are Irish-themed, and each stop brings its own local character, from a family restaurant in Haverhill to an Elks Lodge in Lawrence to a spot in Dracut.
Post-race at each stop includes live music, food, and drinks, so there is reason to stick around after you finish. The venues change each week, which keeps the series from feeling repetitive. Parking should be straightforward given the highway access nearby.
